HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD(REN) FOR CAMP?

All children must be registered for camp on or before attending their first day. Please see the REGISTRATION PAGE to access all registration forms. You can register online OR print the forms at home. Please mail the forms to Camp Cheatham Hill prior to camp OR bring the completed forms with you on the first day the child attends camp.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

Camp is open from 7am-5pm. There is an additional courtesy hour until 6pm.

Summer camp only operates Monday-Thursday. There is no camp on Friday due to Cobb County School District operating on a 4-day work week during summer months.

HOW MUCH DOES CAMP COST?

There is an annual registration fee of $35 per camper. 

Half-day camp (4 hours or less) is $40 per day. 

Full day camp (over 4 hours) is $45 per day.

DO YOU OFFER A SIBLING DISCOUNT?

Yes, a $5 sibling discount will apply to families with multiple children attending camp.  This discount only applies to full day campers.  No discounts are offered for half day campers.  The breakdown is as follows:

 

2 siblings:  1st child $45/  2nd child $40

3 siblings:  1st child $45/  2nd child $40/  3rd child $35

HOW DO I GET TO CAMP?

Camp​ Cheatham Hill will operate at Cheatham Hill Elementary School – 1350 John Ward Rd. SW, Marietta, GA 30064.

WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD BRING TO CAMP EACH DAY?

  • Water bottle (filling stations are available)

  • Lunch (campers have the option purchase lunch daily for $6)

  • Towel to sit on while eating lunch

  • Any medication needed in its original bottle along with the Authorization to Dispense Medication form

CAN MY CHILD BRINGTOYS, DEVICES OR CELLPHONES FROM HOME?

Yes. Campers have free time in the morning from7-9am. Please note it is the camper's responsibility to keep up with personal belongings. Camp Cheatham Hill is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

DO I NEED TO SEND A LUNCH WITH MY CHILD?

Each child needs a water bottle every day. Students have the option to purchase lunch each day for $6 but may bring their own lunch.

WHAT WILL MY CHILD DO AT CAMP?

A typical camp day consists of 5 different morning rotations and 4 afternoon rotations. Rotations include arts & crafts, the computer lab, time in the gym, time outside and Fun with Food.

IS CAMP CHEATHAM HILL ASSOCIATED WITH CHEATHAM HILL ELEMENTARY OR COBB COUNTY SCHOOLS?

No, Camp Cheatham Hill is a privately owned business. It is not affiliated with Cheatham Hill Elementary School or the Cobb County School District.
